    Pros

Good European coverage. Nice brand overall

Not an innovative company. Corporate culture is very German, with a lot of influence from HQ. Mobility in positions difficult because of a heavy Regional Director level for almost all regions: Paris, UK, Benelux, Europe (separate not many properties) and heavy VP structure.
