Current Employee – been working at M10 Tek

Pros – Management is very entrepreneurial and willing to share with success to those that are contributing. They have a very tight and well established partnership with SAP (and many others).

Cons – With the constant change and growth of the SAP solutions, it is hard to keep up with all the possible things to be learned. Decisions on priorities to focus are difficult and sometimes don't work as well as expected. (Change is both good and bad!...........or big challenge at the very least)

Advice to Senior Management – Continue to change and adapt, but prioritize on things with best chance for success and that are realistic. Follow-up on details and assess real manpower/skills needed to chase new areas. Yes, stay lean but grow where most needed and in relation to opportunities.

Pros – lots of room to make money and the job is fairly simple. it is easy to pick up the lingo and if you have people skills then you will do wel

Cons – very difficult and tedious work that could lead no where. there is not a whole lot of stability in the income with the company because they start you out as a 1099 instead of a w-2

Pros – The company is ethical and reliable in their engagements and business. Positions are often challenging.

Cons – The firm is not as well known as some other bigger consulting companies, so name recognition is on the lower side.

Advice to Senior Management – Continue to stay engaged as directly as possible with all projects and consultants working them.

Former Employee – worked at M10 Tek full-time for more than a year

Pros – Strong interest in high value to customers. Treat consultants fairly and communicate well. Close to SAP and trends in solutions with eye toward building on the core ERP but into newer areas. Belief in cloud model, as well as traditional on-site only delivery.

Cons – M10 is a lesser known SAP services name (though still strong solution provider). Customers have to be convinced by the good work and experiences of their consultants.

Advice to Senior Management – Continue to stay in contact with consultants and projects to monitor work plus other opportunities
