    Waste of time

Account Manager (Former Employee) San Jose, CA

ProsCant really think of any. There are few nice coworkers. Working environment is ok. That's about it. Casual dress code is nice.

ConsNot enough pto. Not flexible in working hours. Always get deducted pay because you are few minutes late and they won't let you make up that few minutes.
Bad commission structures. You make no commission unless you are a million dollars sales. Spiffs get ripped off by employer and product managers. Manufactures pay $1 but company only gives you $0.25. Don't waste your time.

Advice to Senior ManagementValue your employees. Let them make money too. Working parents with young children at home need flexible working hours.

    Just escaped from this company

Purchasing Assistant (Former Employee) San Jose, CA

Prosworking hour is ok (8:45 am to 5:30 pm)

Cons* Bad company culture: full of backstabbing colleagues

    * Zero communication between team member: team members barely communicate. Everybody there is cold and don't care about each other.

*Immoral/ illegal treatment to its employees: The only thing that MA Labs' boss has to do is dealing with countless lawsuits which from former employees. This company lacks of morality, so many people are sueing it.

    * Fire people at anytime: the turn-over rate of employees is extremely high. You probably will get fired all of a sudden.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
