    Pros

Get paid to do nothing productive. No need to have qualifications or skills to work here.

    Cons

Leadership intimidated by individuals who are more qualified than them. Too much money or wasted resources used to do unnecessary travel for leadership. Too many qualified people are ignored as candidates due to the insecurity of leadership.

    Advice to Management

Remember MAACs objective to help the community.

    Pros

MAAC is a great place to work with. I have worked here for two years and have already acquired an abundance of knowledge in areas of the business and coordinating in which I previously had minimal to no experience. The people here are incredibly intelligent. Great benefits, some of the brightest and friendly people I have ever worked with, lots of vacation time

    Cons

Not that i can think of.

    Pros

Flexible work culture Timely salary Freedom of expression

    Cons

No direction Uninterested leadership Focus only on increasing top line: by hook or by crook Centres keep opening and shutting down No focus on core product offering, customer service etc Loads of money wasted on senior management air travel, luxury stay etc Lot of hanky-panky in company owned outlets

    Advice to Management

Focus on product delivery, processes and customer service. Rest will follow

    Pros

    - Very flexible to your course & practice timing. - Faculty on request do provide repeat lectures.

    Cons

    - There's no proper faculty - all those who will teach u, will be trainees. - No assurance of placement. - Only after you complete ur work profile (i.e. showreel), they gonna give you certificate n dat too after a month.
