Pros

There are some decent people that work for MAG. You will get to know them the day you start. There is a silent club of those and those not.

Cons

Poor management, direction. The original employees will do anything they can to make you look bad so as to justify their positions. You gain a vast amount of experience learning how to repair damage done by MAG lifers. They will not tell you in the interview how messed up their systems are. Even the developers of the systems could not repair the damage MAG Management had done. MAG's solution is to blame you, force you to quit, rip and tear out the messed up systems, install new. Repeat every year or so. Do not be fooled by the bonus plan. You will be luck if you see 100k.
