Pros – not a single... u need to work like donkeys and will b treated like one throughout the time u work....!!!

Cons – full of cons, no infrastructure, no place to sit also for employees, baniya culture... uneducated people at helm. please for god sake, dun go in this company...!!!

Advice to Senior Management – No use to advice them... they r happy in wat they do. they never listen to anyone...dats dere culture.

Cons – job role is not clearly defined, toomuch collection driven company. incentives are distant dream.

More or less healthy working hours
The pace at which the company is growing creating quite a few avenues for all of us to explore, learn and grow.

Cons – A strong HR policy is missing
Lack of transparency and lack of timely flow of information from the management down the line
Due recognition for the deserving individual at the right time if not there creates imbalance and grievance.
