    MAHLE Murfreesboro

Production Planning Specialist (Former Employee) Murfreesboro, TN

ProsStability is probably the best reason to work for MAHLE. At the time I worked there, they had never laid anyone off from that plant.

ConsThe European management saw American employeess as less than human- something to be used up and discarded, much like the stereotypical American corporation that has a manufacturing plant in Asia..

Advice to Senior ManagementTry to be a leader, rather than somebody that manages their way through a problem that a true leader would have foreseen and avoided.

    ConsSenior managment is not trustworthy
Communication is very poor thruout the facility
Lots of seniority thru out the ranks, which makes for a "good ole boy club"

ConsThe office location is far away from the downtown, it is inconvenient to go to work. In some department, the work load seems not reasonable.
