I worked at MAHLE International full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Stability is probably the best reason to work for MAHLE. At the time I worked there, they had never laid anyone off from that plant.

    Cons

The European management saw American employeess as less than human- something to be used up and discarded, much like the stereotypical American corporation that has a manufacturing plant in Asia..

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Try to be a leader, rather than somebody that manages their way through a problem that a true leader would have foreseen and avoided.
