“Decent Agency”
Current Employee – been working at MAKE Corporation as a contractor for less than a year
Pros – They keep in touch with their employees and if you have been successful on a project, they will try to find you a new project. They also offer tuition reimbursement which is unusual for agencies, along with the standard benefit package, health, dental, 401k etc
Cons – They seem to underbid their competitors which translates into jobs but at a lower rate than what you may get elsewhere.
Advice to Senior Management – Change the company name to something which tells the world what you do.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
