    Pros

    good benefits, mid range payscale for the industry, nice 401K match

    Cons

    This is a company that has quickly destroyed its credibility with it's wholesale partners, making it very difficult for brand growth. Lack of clear leadership and focus has caused massive firings and rampant distrust among employees, everyone watching their back and walking on eggshells. Successful, loyal, long term employees let go and replaced by new college grads. HR dept famous for screwing you with severance terms that are against federal law. Hire a lawyer immediately if you're put on a "personal improvement plan." No one comes out of those alive. Better yet, steer clear of this company.

    Pros

    Decent salary and great benefits. You receive a couple new toys, and a company AMEX. The novelty of their seemingly generous and team-like work environment quickly fades, and the reality of a broken corporate structure soon rears its head.

    Cons

    It seems all levels of management are merely trying to keep their heads off the chopping block, as a weekly "people on the move" company-wide email is sent out. Due this passive (useless) management roll, nothing important EVER gets done to help drive sales/distribution. Good, factual, data-proven results are not rewarded or acknowledged in any way; but instead are pushed aside and replaced with ridiculous busy work, random wild goose chases and errands fit for an intern. Also, there is no unity within the company. Never have I witness such harsh rivalries WITHIN a company. It seems different teams are pitted against one another by upper management, and an elitist, contemptuous corporate structure emerges. You like drama? Welcome to the Super Bowl of office politics.

    Advice to Management

    My advice to management is to do something--ANYTHING to earn your way. If someone under you is not performing the way you want them to, listen to them and teach them how they can reach that potential. Ignoring all the problems brought to you from the field has got to stop. There is a reason the company hired people to report these problems to you; so fix them. Also, extramarital affairs going on in the office is not at all appropriate.

    nice benefits. there are no other pros.

    Cons

    terrible leadership. hire a lawyer if you get fired.

    respect employees and allow them to do their job without micromanaging.

    - great company all around. - best employer I've ever had - meet alot of really great people

    Cons

    it was only seasonal position would loved to have stayed on with the company
