Current Employee – been working at MAVERICK Technologies as an intern for more than a year
Pros – They were consistently looking for work to do as contracts
Seemed to care about utilizing the workers that were on staff to the abilites they possed
Got some hands on experience with various different projects and people
Cons – Roller coaster of work some months were pants on fire and some thumb twiddling
Felt as though some managers were forgetting what was going on and only focused on the future
Advice to Senior Management – Focus on the current and future prospects and also try to even out the work a bit more
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Former Employee – worked at MAVERICK Technologies full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Lots of diversified projects. Experience can be gained, but only by self studying, which at times can become difficult.
Cons – No training is provided. Maverick is trying to develop insiders training, it is a big joke. No manuals and they are difficult to search as it is controlled by senior people.
Salary paid is low as compared to other consulting firms.
Advice to Senior Management – Projects Managers who are hired as 30+ years of experiences need to reevaluated, they are cause of frustration and also the reason for leaving Maverick. They think they are Gods and they can get away with any thing.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Current Employee – been working at MAVERICK Technologies
Pros – Some managers really like to listen and support. They try to do in the way of good engineer practise and maitain good profit in every project. There are some talent engineers here.
Cons – It is private company. Benefit is being cutted every years, just like cutting sausage. When managerment talk about this, sounds as a good news for you. Some workers just try to finish their hours and go home. Not really respond for work.
Advice to Senior Management – Treat people nice. Remember this company is only selling engineering service (people), not any product. profit and margin is not everything. Why is profit share idea dispeared or just fall to management's pocket.

Current Employee – been working at MAVERICK Technologies full-time
Pros – Company is formed around self-motivated, self starting people. Great access to top tier clients and projects, with a real commitment to develop people into their full potential. Well oiled machine.
Cons – Well organized system, but it needs updating. Forms and systems are clunky and the office feels like 2007 and not 2012.
Advice to Senior Management – Management needs to continue to focus on maintaining profitability.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

Former Employee – worked at MAVERICK Technologies full-time for more than a year
Pros – It's a growing company in the food & beverage, DCS migration, chemical, pulp & paper industries. Servicing a varitey of industries leads to strong growth.
Cons – Poor management and leadership, especially in the Santa Ana, California office. Often times managers really did not have a grasp on what was going internally in the office and would make poor decisions based on assumptions.
Advice to Senior Management – Track project manager and operations managers moves more closely.
