Current Employee – been working at MCC
Pros – No weekends and no holidays- can be hard to find for a nurse
Cons – Low pay, no medical benefits, no communication within the company, no room for advancement, and they treat employees like a child at school. Sit in your cubicle, don't talk, only get up to go to the bathroom twice- its ridiculous.
Advice to Senior Management – Communicate with employees. And treat them like adults; you will get better retention and better productivity.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend

Former Employee – worked at MCC
Pros – Decent work from home job for a self-motivated, pc literate RN/health coach/case manager who is looking for an intermittent workload and inconsistent earnings.
Cons – Lack of communication from company management. Often, I didn't know what to expect in terms of workload, plans, etc.
Deferred pay for initial training. Seriously, withholding pay to ensure someone sticks around? Sends a bad message for new hires.
Unpaid ongoing training.
Cheap cell phones provided to home workforce. These phones must have been free.
Business is up and down. Earnings are inconsistent. I ended up losing money sometimes due to paying more for babysitting than I earned in a week.
Advice to Senior Management – Pay people for training - don't withhold money for 3 month trial-work period.
If you want to mandate certifications for existing employees, such as CCM, pay for your people to get it.
Pay people for time spent in training.
Get eFax software for your employees in order for coaches to receive paperwork from doctors, etc.
Communicate with employees - let them know why workload is up and down and what the company plans are. It's hard to be a loyal employee when you feel detached from it's plans.

Current Employee – been working at MCC full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – Medical, Pesion as well as provident fund, big company.
Cons – Raccial problems, dont get help from management, if you step on toes they will work you out.
Advice to Senior Management – Go and have a look whats going on on the sites. Talk to the people, not the managers that cover each other. Listen to the problems and complaints.
