    Pros

Very laid back environment, Ok benefits, room to grow and move up

    Cons

pay is not great, upper management is FAR too concerned with productivity and could care less about quality, there are a lot of silly nuances that you notice the longer you are there.

    I worked at MCS

    Pros

Company did pay their bills. Safety is a concern. They had some good ideas for growth. Some of these better ideas were not able to be instituted at local stores due to rigorous corporate direction.

    Cons

Upper management was not made up of leaders. Centralized corporate structure did not allow for independant operation of entity. Entrepreneurship seems to be frowned upon.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Revisit who these mid to upper level managers and executives are. Many people in positions that were not leaders nor successful.
