    Pros

    -Opportunity to travel within US and Internationally
    -Benefits of working for a small company there is large movement for managing
    -Professional development is encouraged

    Cons

    -Promotions/Advancement is difficult
    -Senior management does not provide constant updates in regards to BD and Yearly outcomes
    -Benefits for health insurance and 401K are lacking

    Advice to Management

    - Examine the need for unnecessary calls between 3 offices (2 in UK and 1 in US)
    - Need to value employees who have stayed during harsh economic downturn

    -Opportunity to travel extensively
    -Fun work environment
    -High exposure externally since it's such a small company

    Cons

    -Advancement professionally and monetarily is very difficult
    -Senior management does not communicate or listen well
    -Salary ranges and benefits are lacking

    Advice to Management

    -Appreciate your employees and be honest with them
    -Learn how to be managers who put their employees in a position to succeed rather than dictators who make decisions based on your own interests
