    Pros

One of the best work environments that you could ask for. Co-workers are very friendly and in my office very knowledgeable. Really good benefits and tons of vacation & sick days. Definitely a great first-job & introduction into the agency world. This place, if you can find an open-path for you to grow, can be a job you never leave.

    Cons

It can get understaffed on accounts at times & the work-life balance can get ugly as well. There are a lot of employees who have been here a while so the path to grow can be blocked. Unless you move to openings on other accounts, which even then are few and far between, you can be stuck at a position for much longer than you desire. They are also very slow to give out pay raises as well, so even though the starting rate is competitive, after 2-3 years you will most likely be under-paid and not in the role that you deserve to be at that point in time.

    Advice to Management

There has to be a better growth-chart as far as moving employees up in position & paying them accordingly. The generous amount of vacation days & great work environment will wear off over time as you became possibly "bored" with your job along with not getting paid according to even a rise in the cost of living.

    Pros

Well intentioned managers, interesting work, diverse workforce, room for growth

    Cons

High turnover and lack of technical training. Management was slow to recognize and reward talent and as a result lost many of it's top performers.

    Advice to Management

    More frequent and actionable feedback

    Pros

I learned an incredible amount really quickly. My team was tightly knit, and we had a penchant for doing good work on time.

    Cons

The team was small and a satellite. Also the bigger clients brought bigger egos. It felt like oftentimes we were told how to do our job.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the little guys. I think this applies to any company, but the people actually doing the work should have just as strong as a voice as anyone.

    Pros

    Workshops, Training Sessions, Casual Atmosphere

    Cons

Too casual of an atmosphere, sometimes unprofessional to be quite honest.
Not much of an opportunity to move around to other areas of the company; very siloed in regards to company divisions and disciplines.
    Not much staff/employee diversity.

    Pros

Coworkers are in the same boat and are great to be with

    Cons

"Analytics" here is a joke, unless you count percent changes and "because budget increased" as insights.

This leads to several serious, ingrained problems:

    1. The work is tedious, monotonous, and you will bemoan every day why these reports you are forced to carry out are not automated

    2. Every person before you has realized this by week one, and will have quit as soon as they could, as evidenced by hilariously high turnover. Ask your interviewer how many people have stayed and become managers. The answer is none.

    3. Your managers will be power hungry airheads. Power hungry because, since the work is so dumb, there is no real expertise needed and respect is hard won for this terrible reason. One management-level person has actually uttered the words "you are undermining my authority" to her own underlings. Imagine the type of person you need to be to even say something like that. Also, the other analytics team reviewer was correct. The tone is also set by management, with a truly terrible, uninspiring, fake bully.

So suffering here will consist of two things: you'll hate the work, and despise the idiots you are forced to call your superior.

Save yourself the trouble of doing monkey work as "analytics" so you don't have to jump ship for another job soon after.

    Advice to Management

Review teams turnover. There's a reason why if it is high.
