    Pros

    An oppurtunity to learn a great deal about mental illness All employees become very familiar with community resources Employees really get a chance to develop active listening skills.

    Cons

    Your schedule always changes and management often gives new workers preferrence in selecting hours and schedule Very low pay The supervisors are condescending and have never worked in the Mental Health field.

    Advice to Management

    Get experince working hands on with the mental ill Show appreciation to your workers by paying them a living wage Stop changing your employee's schedules without telling them.

    Commited with company objectives used to cause some troubles with others. So I use to mitigate it with a good relationship in all levels and also having then a good understanding of Business performance.
