    Pros

Great Benefits, a lot of time off. Employees and management are friendly.

    Cons

Salary not competitive with the market. Management a little out of touch with what is going on outside of state government.

  2. Disappointing, Employees are unhappy, Upper Management is Terrible!

    Pros

Great benefits, the people are great.

    Cons

The salary is not competitive. Upper management does not appreciate the staff's work. Upper management treats their employees poorly. Most people here want out but they are too close to getting their pensions to leave. People are not happy with the current regime. A higher up also talks very negatively about every young girl that starts in the office. I have seen this person be very mean to these women that are just starting out in their field. If you get offered a position here Run and don't look back!

    Advice to Management

Treat your employees with respect. Do not treat them like they are children. Also do not backstab your employees. The staff knows not to trust upper management. Upper management make it seem like they are taking steps down when they talk to you. Quit the holier than thou attitude.
