I worked at MGH as an intern (less than a year)

    Pros

Great people and great times. All of the employees at MGH are knowledgeable and friendly. I learned so much throughout my time. The other interns and I developed a marketing plan for a real company. I was also granted the flexibility to work in different departments. My knowledge, portfolio, and passion all grew tremendously throughout the course of my internship. The monthly happy hours were awesome too.

    Cons

My internship was unpaid, making the financial burden and traveling difficult. The drive time and lack of a paycheck made it a difficult internship to manage.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My only advice is to pay your interns. I am so glad I chose to intern with MGH.
