Pros – Friendly atmosphere, flexible working hours, nice attitude from high management, young team, nice and comfotable offices, opportunity to work from home, good salary, sometimes interesting.
Cons – Salary depends on outcome, have no communication between different departments, don't know the whole structure of the company, this kind of business could be unpredictable, don't feel this helps people.
Advice to Senior Management – Make connections between different departments, listen more carefully to all employees feedbacks, teach employees more, have the obvius idea of why we doing it and share this view with employees.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
Pros – Meet some great people in London office
Cons – Leadership from Kiev...in the former Soviet republic of Ukraine. Terrible payers, no respect for contractual obligations, constant change of direction, information not shared across the company, people with no business acumen making major business decisions, Folk in Kiev who have never been to UK trying to tell people in UK how to sell in UK market. Wonky technology with no innovation.
Advice to Senior Management – Wake up, close Kiev office or use as a back office, respect the rule of law and understand local markets.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
Pros – You can work from home.
Cons – The pay is terrible. They were not clear on their commission 'terms and conditions' and their employment contract had many errors.
Advice to Senior Management – Credit staff for work they have done rather than take the credit yourself. Make commission terms clearer. Pay better. Look into the legalities of copyright infringement.
