    Pros

    Great teamwork, innovative ideas, company appreciation of employees, great management team, awesome culture, sweet people, very knowledgable, great products, training oops, lots of training opps, work hart and play hard

    Cons

    Better benefits but I suppose this is a bigger issue everywhere

    Pros

    Flexibility, good vacation benefits, good hours. Attained good friends within company.

    Cons

    "Good ol' boy" mentality. Poor management and training. Unethical business practices. Extremely unorganized.
