ProsEverything! Benefits are second to none with this company. Best casino company to work for bar none. Would recommend them to anybody.

ConsNone REALLY! Everything is top notch with these guys. They know how to take care of their employees. I had to relocate is the only reason I left company.

    Great place to work

    Video Systems Engineer (Current Employee)
    Las Vegas, NV

ProsFamily attitude with ability for promotion from within. Management open to discuss topics and intake ideas. Great people to work with.

ConsLots of politics and frequently we found ourselves reversing on ideas and/or policies based on the person sitting on the other side of the challenge. Making it difficult to know which policy applied on any given instance.

Advice to Senior ManagementConsistency is key to any department. Regular meetings with boundaries and expectations for outcome. Consistent application of rules regardless of title and/or tenure.

    Good opportunities to learn

    Human Resources Manager (Former Employee)
    Las Vegas, NV

ProsThere is a high volume of cases, that are interesting and more complex. You have the opportunity to learn a lot in a short amount of time here. The size of the company allows you to do some large scale projects that you can't do elsewhere.

ConsCompensation strategies for internal applicants is poor.

Advice to Senior ManagementPay internal talent competitively with the market - otherwise you risk continued high turnover of management positions, high recruitment costs & lose the benefits of internal knowledge.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company

    The worst experience

    Manager (Current Employee)
    Las Vegas, NV

    ProsCompetitive salaries and benefits, PTOs

ConsPolitics, dishonesty, lack of work ethic

Advice to Senior ManagementChange your ways or go down. Some of the VP's have no ethic. I worked there for less than a year and had to deal with the post unprofessional team of people I have ever met. Backstabbing was encouraged everyday. Very disappointed experience. When I gave my notice, a closing interview was not even offered.

    Getting better

    Casino Dealer (Current Employee)
    Las Vegas, NV

ProsThe property was on a slow decline for many years, now they are finally renovating it and putting the work into improving the customer experience.

ConsThis used to be the number one casino on the strip, now it's second rate. Many working conditions fall short of the top casinos - food in the EDR is low level, rest rooms are dirty, 401k match is low.

Advice to Senior ManagementAsk for ideas from the staff and give them recognition.

    Good Benefits and Good Pay

    Retail (Former Employee)
    Las Vegas, NV

ProsThe benefits and the pay are both very good. It's also an exciting atmosphere to be working in and there is always the opportunity to move up in the organization.

ConsSometimes difficult to get management to listen to you if you are having a problem. They tend to find their few favorites and give them what they want as opposed to being fair to everyone.
