Pros – Time off is excellent (all county holidays), co-workers are very nice, unique job experience, opportunities for growth

Cons – benefits are expensive due to small company, minimal training, minimal clinical training

Pros – Good benefits( days off, comp time, etc)

Challenging work

Cons – Terrible communication from management, and often contradictory.
Zero job security, from new hires to long-term employees.
Holding multiple meetings to ensure that there is no job instability, all the while demonstrating the complete opposite.

Advice to Senior Management – Consider the effects of morale of current employees when suddenly releasing long-standing employees without warning and giving zero severance or benefits and the environment you are fostering. What benefit is gained by having workers constantly worried?
