    (3) Very reputable, continuous flow of business.
    (4) Big on training.

    Cons

They are in the process of upgrading their processes, so there's a little redundancy and extra administrative works.

I have been working at MHPM Project Managers full-time

    Pros

    -focus on professional development
    -variety of projects
-great training ground for new grads looking to establish a strong base in project management; but equally quite narrowing in developing that single skill set

    Cons

    -weak mid-level leadership
    -poor employee retention
-draws competent professionals, but few high-achievers or strategic thinkers
-little opportunity to move up once the "senior PM" level is achieved
-preaching sustainability but not practicing it

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

-employee retention needs more attention; promoting leadership that understands employees (workloads, professional aspiriations etc)

    Recommends
    Negative Outlook
    Approves of CEO
