I have been working at MIB full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Stable, long term employment, with just enough challenge to keep you coming in.
Long term relationships among the core associates.
Open to new ideas and technology.
The company continues to evolve, albeit slowly.

    Cons

Pace (Slow, Comfortable, Aggressive) depends on department.
Technology and policies are contemporary, but not quite at the forefront.
Management is open to new ideas and technology, but still biased by old habits.
Major re-engineering is near completion, but, future is murky.
Much has been done to improve communication. But, noticeable deficiencies remain.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Assign projects according to skills and not by the organization chart.

I have been working at MIB

    Pros

Great work and life balance. Job is not challenging. You are encouraging to take training and courses to improve your skill and technology. Not push and pressure.

    Cons

Management is not that great if you are an star performer. Merit not bases on the performance. Things getting confusion sometimes.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Need to be more agile. Get some real changes to the mid and high level management. Need to keep talent and star performer instead of retirees.
