Well organized for the most part. Depending on who your manager is.

Brand Ambassador (Former Employee) New York, NY

ProsVery fair pay. Well put together. Real pros for the most part.

ConsAt times, depending on who your manager is, things may be unorganized. Overall, they do a great job of staffing, so this is a rarity.

Advice to Senior ManagementFind managers and BA's that do a great job and offer them more work. You'll build loyality and a great team.

Great environment. Good folks and fun work.

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsThey had a crew of people who worked hard and played hard.

ConsWay too much turnover toward the end of my time there.

    Young and exciting

    Anonymous Employee (Former Employee)

ProsMost people working here are young, energetic, and smart. The environment is laid-back; you can wear pretty much whatever you want. Major clients, the work is diverse. Located in the Chelsea Market building so lunch can be an adventure. Cool part of town. Oh, and there is a fully stocked, 100% free bar in the office.

ConsWith the pros come the obvious NYC hipster dweebs that occasionally will find their way in. Some dooshbugs sprinkled in as well but they are everywhere so its okay.

    Quit within a week

    Lead Promotional Model (Former Employee)

ProsThe ability to choose your own schedule.

ConsUninformative. They are unaware of the venues they are sending their models and when I so graciously briefed them (after confirming with the number associated with the venue) that it was indeed a gentleman's club, asked me if I was still comfortable. No, I was not. Then proceeded to be audacious enough to ask me to restaff as to send another poor girl in that situation.

Diageo Brand Ambassador (Current Employee) New York, NY

ProsHappy family life equals happy work life. This is encouraged and supported.

ConsOpen plan office and too much noise when people are excited.

Advice to Senior ManagementYou do a grand job so keep it up.

Wouldn't work for them if it weren't for the money

Lead Promotional Model (Current Employee) San Francisco, CA

ProsWork when I want, good hourly rate, lots of events to sign up for.

ConsManagement is rude, they expect way too much work outside of events, they act like working for them is your life. They act like they weren't in our shoes at once and didn't make the same mistakes we do once in a while

    Advice to Senior ManagementEase off.

    Great experience

Lead Promotional Model (Current Employee) New York, NY

ProsFor a part-time free lance job, there is always plenty of work to pick up. The managers do not treat you like children but the line between employee and friend is very clear. I love the job, it allows you to network and meet people. If you're loyal to the company, they'll be loyal to you.

ConsBig turn around when it comes to management so it's hard to form a relationship. You have stay very on top of picking up work to stay on their radar.

Great pay for a relatively easy and fun job.
