    Poor Employee Management. need to work on the Process knowledge

    There are a lot of opportunities for young talents to achieve a fast carrier path and learn a lot. Good salaries in Hungarian level.

    Long work hours, high pressure, chaotic and continuous organisation changes, law/moderate salaries in international level.

    Great colleagues with extended experience. Supportive, open, international culture. Can do attitude. Respectful organization. International top management.

    Cons

    slow decision making, red tape. highly reluctant to changes. Old sytle managers/ members of top management. sometimes too much politics. Work-life balance

    Get rid off INA and the problems.
