MPC Products Corporation Reviews
Pros – Laid Back enviornment. There were a lot of interns and some of the projects are very cool. Some departments are better than others.
Cons – There is a lot of down time. The program was somewhat disorganized but hey its a summer internship and it pays.
Advice to Senior Management – I think a better intern program would be beneficial. It seemed the organization of interns was poorly done. More intern events would be nice too.
Pros – When it was family owned it was a great place to work. It was purchased by Woodward Governor and now it's a bit colder. Overall most employees worked eight hours and went home which was nice.
Cons – Too small to offer great benefits. There was very little communication across product lines. Very little information sharing went on. A lot of silo work with little regard for how certain jobs affected the process. Sometimes one individual can really slow down the process.
Advice to Senior Management – Improve communication across product lines. Improve the benefits. Make people more accountable for their actions and empower others to make decisions.
Pros – To bad they were bought out, we will see where it leads with Woodward Gov.. Lots of freedom and free to express your ideas...great place to work partys are wonderful..
Cons – Not everyone cares enough to make it happen, sometimes you get lost in the mix.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep it up
