Pros

This is a very large company located in Jacksonville, FL. There are many divisions within MPS that have room for growth. The company is located by the river in a large office buliding. There is a YMCA located near the office so you can work out during lunch. They have a flex schedule so you can work early or late. They have a nice break room with good coffee and snacks. The people are very friendly and upbeat and they work hard to please the management and clients.

Cons

Too many layers. Pay is on the low side. Not enough perks

Advice to Senior Management

Work on promoting people.

Pros

Good for a traveler position. The benefits and pay were comparable to other travel companies I have worked for. Health insurance is pretty good and so is the housing stipend if you choose to take it instead of housing. They work pretty well with you on finding suitable housing. I also travel with pets, and they make sure to accomodate them, like they are a part of your family.

Cons

Getting placements where you want to do. There is also no way to promote or move up, however that is pretty normal in a contract position. There is no feedback at all through the company of how you performed on your assignment.
