    Don't waste your time here

    Account Executive (Current Employee)
    New York, NY

ProsGreat people pass through here but are to smart to stay so don't make friends

ConsHead of production is horrible hires PM's with no experience it makes it so difficult to work there as a AE there , I guess he thinks he's saving money mean while work suffers account executive are over worked late hours no money no comp days no bonus just more of the same and in the print production they have account doing a traffic managers role so they are doing two jobs and staying late every night company is suffering from the inside out.

Advice to Senior ManagementWake up already the people at MRM know exactly what you are doing taking advantage of young workers leaving them in disappointment and veterans just taking advantage period.

It was great working with very talented co-workers but management seems distant.

    Art Director (Former Employee)
    New York, NY

ProsGood number of creative staff members are very talented. Pretty good salary. Some fun accounts to work on.

ConsManagement seems non-existent. When people are let go no warning to the employees. No career advancement programs.

My experience has been good experience. There are still good Advertising Agencies to work for and MRM is one of them.

    Anonymous Employee (Current Employee)
    Birmingham, MI

ProsThe Human Resources Department and the upper level management care about the needs of their employees. MRM is a very diverse workplace that is open to all faiths and ethnicities. The workplace environment is conducive to creativity. Everything starts with our CEO Bill Kolb's leadership.

ConsI cannot think of any at this moment. Everything is so positive with forward looking thinking.

Advice to Senior ManagementContinue to do what you do by encouraging your employees and being open.

ECD is a douche, not a very friendly staff

    Designer (Former Employee)
    Princeton, NJ

ProsOne of the few bigger agencies in NJ, even though most people still haven't heard of it.

ConsLack of creativity. The only work they show on their website are case studies...not creative.

Advice to Senior ManagementHire more juniors, and give them a chance.

    Unprofessional expectations.

    Strategist (Former Employee)
    Princeton, NJ

ProsFree dinner for those almost daily late nights. Convenient location near Princeton borough. Lots of pharmaceutical work, with a few other random industries thrown in there.

ConsThis place is like stepping into a bad dream. Deceivingly friendly and chill, until you realize that nothing ever actually gets done, and the management second guesses every thing put out by the teams. Added to the fact that the talent is mediocre here.

The management is unrealistic and does not have reasonable expectations, and it shows. With projects exploding out of control and no end in sight, it's no wonder this place has a revolving door.

Advice to Senior ManagementClean house. Be logical for once.
