I worked at MRO-TEK full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

You can survive in this company even though you are not technically strong. only one skill / attitude you should have, ie your are right boss attitude. if you bucket your boss, you can grow and reach the top without any hard work or skill. if you can personally satisfy your Manager, even good. No need to work at all. You will grow here.

    Cons

Top Management is blind and doesn't believe in hard-work. Hardworking/ professional / sincere working people should not join this Company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Open your eyes and correct your mistakes now at least. Fire so called VP's, Presidents etc who are just slogging here and bring in fresh blood and talent from the open market.

    Pros

    1) If you are having experience and no knowledge then MRO-TEK is the right place for you.
    2) Since there is no work, you wont face the question of Work-Life balance.
    3) Since they have reduced the salary your income tax will be less.
    4) Since the managers are blame game experts, you will learn this skill which will be useful in some of the IT companies.
    5) Since the managers are happy with the decade old technologies, no need to worry about the new technologies.

    Cons

    1) Most of the managers are having only experience, no knowledge.
    2) Recently they reduced the salary of all the employees.
    3) Almost all the managers are happy after the salary has been reduced because they didn't loose their jobs.
    3) No employee benefits (not even medical insurance).

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    1) Knowledge is more important than experience. If possible try to understand this.
    2) Instead of reducing the salary, fire some non productive managers and team leads.
