Pros – For the most part, the people they hire are nice. Low end management do a fairly good job of leading from my experience. H.R. is helpful if needed.
Cons – If you are buddies with decision makers -big plus. If you never have any need to take time off without a two week warning-big negative. Feedback could be better and done more often.
Advice to Senior Management – Give real feedback to everyone on how they can improve. Scrap the office meeting except maybe once a quarter. Rather than spend a lot of time reading everyone's name who hit budget, why not do a short newsletter-saves time and gets us back on the phone faster which means more $$. Focus groups on a REGULAR basis.

Cons – Zero growth opportunity. Management reminds me of the Habsburg Monarchy. Way too many egos.
