Very satisfying.

Account Representative (Former Employee)
Cincinnati, OH

I worked at MRSI

Pros*Fast-paced work environment
*Management very knowledgeable about work and willing to answer questions
*Good industry experience
*Employee leasing may allow employee to experience various work environments
*Decent benefits and salary
*Very good place to work if you FOCUS on the WORK
*If you are good at the work, you can avoid micromanagement (but be realistic, if you need someone holding your hand every step of the way, you may want to look elsewhere for work)

Cons*Repetative work at times
*A certain genre of co-workers are fairly difficult to interract with
*Winter snow-storms can cause difficulty for long-distance driving if one has to commute in to work
*One has to be willing to drop assignments on the spot for transfers
*Because of the work-load it can be hard to find time for performance reviews

Advice to Senior ManagementIn all reality, I found that leadership of MRSI was good. The only suggestion I would make is to equalize and streamline the disciplinary procedures. Overall, I was extremely satisfied working here.

It was okay

Remote Medical Coder (Former Employee)

I worked at MRSI

ProsRemote opportunity. It is not a scheduled 8-5 job and you are able to go to appointments and such without having to lose money on lost time.

ConsThe system is extremely slow. It needs to be updated. It takes too long to open and save records. It would be a whole lot better job experience if they changed coding systems.

Advice to Senior ManagementYou need to change your coding program. It is too slow and takes too much time to open and save records.
