I have been working at MSA full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

There is some room for career growth if you have very low expectations of yourself.

    Cons

The company puts the wrong people in positions of authority and it ends up feeling like you are attending MSA High School. Sucking up to the bosses is how you get ahead at this company. Hard work is more often than not ignored. More and more responsibility is expected of you with no pay raise. They act as if the "title" is enough of a reward. The medical insurance offered through this company is sky high! Do not work here if you need insurance to support a family. You will have a few dollars left after getting paid to buy food for your family. This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Quit allowing unqualified people to get ahead and stay there....you are losing some great employees because the average employee feels threatened by those with real qualifications and pushes them away. Quit allowing your supervisors to bully others. Also, check why employees left their last job. Many of them are suing the company they were formerly with or are concocting a way to do it at MSA at the expense of longtime employees.
