loyalty bonus , re-joining bonus , world-wide flexible route, in time payment , family carraige , fast promotion , good overtime for crew
Cons
no salary while at home , payment only when onboard , less time at home , contract period for management level is more
Advice to Senior Management
Reduce contract period for management level officer , especialy for Second Engineer and Chief offier, family carraige for operational level officer
