Current Employee – been working at MSD Washington Township full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Getting off work at 3:15, having all weekends, federal holidays and summers off is very nice. That doesn't include also being off for a week in the spring, a week for fall break, a week for Thanksgiving, and two weeks for Christmas break.

Cons – One thing I don't like is that assistants, bus drivers, custodians, and anyone else who is paid hourly doesn't get paid year round.

Advice to Senior Management – It would be nice if pay checks were divided up so that all employees were paid year round.
