Pros
Locations in just about every state. Keeps flexible assignments and contracts available. Friendly attitudes. Call backs promptly. Never makes you sit around and wait for work. Easy medication testing and allows use of PDR. Gets paperwork together easily and quickly. I worked there for over 10 years and had some great opportunities and learned the state of GA well.
Cons
Sometimes would cancel shift later than 2 hours before shift. Depending on staffer might play favorites. Might not receive final schedule before the day scheduled to work. Some anxiety before scheduled days off because they call and harass you to work! Might not call me at all or forget about me to schedule days on.
Advice to Senior Management
Please get schedules back asap for planning other days off. Please try to cancel me a half hour before the 2 hr cut-off since it might take me 2 hrs to drive there. Please keep updated phone numbers to my cell phone. Please f/u with me to see if I want to schedule some days on if you haven't heard from me. Thanks.

Take the controls away from teh accountats and let developers run the company again, that's how Microsoft/MSN got ahead int eh first place, now its all about saving money but that seems to be at the cost of staff and customers/
