    Pros

Flexibility in Schedule , Making a difference in the Brand that we represent

    Cons

Field and company have a disconnect due to the fact that we are in the field and only meet once a year

    Pros

    Stable
Good "working" people; minus sr. mgmt

    Cons

    - No paid time off (no vacation, no sick days, no personal days)
    - Account reps for agency employees are pretty much non-existent
    - Company appears completely disengaged with HCS employees
    - Corporate memos appear as gloating
    - No raises or merits in 5+ years

    Advice to Management

Restore some of the basic human benefits you took away back in 2007! HCS is working without ANY paid time off; no vacation, no sick time, no personal time. It's enough to drive people crazy. People need a break once in a while, and NOT at their own expense!!

    Pros

Autonomy was awesome. First class account with the tools I needed to analyze their business and offer desired support.

    Cons

There appears to be some disconnect between the field and HQ. Reassignments were made that didn't make sense. Promotions and demotions were made with no attention paid to performance.

    Advice to Management

Counsel with the field before realigning the field.

    Pros

MSX is a great company to work for. I am thankful for the contract opportunity that was given to me. MSX International encourages employees with feedback and acknowledges their hard work.

    Cons

Being a contracting company, it's kind of discouraging when you are placed in facilities and the separation is felt....don't receive the perks your co-workers are enjoying. But this is what you sign up for working contract based so one can't really complain.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work!

    Pros

Most employees are very laid back and easy to get along with. Flexible hours and employees are trusted to work independently. They take the time to train new hires and continually train existing employees. They often communicate performance expectations and listen to ideas on how to improve the processes. They constantly think outside of the box and expect a lot from their employees.

    Cons

Raises are too infrequent even with consistent stellar performance. Pay isn't quite in line with the expectations that are set forth. Benefit package is worse every year.

    Advice to Management

Vacation time should top at at 4 weeks instead of 3. Pay employees what they are worth as these employees are what make the company. Also, just because someone is good at their job doesn't mean they can be a leader.

  9. Need better hourly rate to compensate for no paid time off.

    Pros

On the surface, the hourly rate is OK.

    Cons

However, once you factor in all of the unpaid time off (Ford holidays, shutdowns, any personal vacation time), you really are making a lot less. Health care costs went way up this year, while coverage went down.

    Advice to Management

Increase number of paid holidays, and allow for vacation/sick time.

    Pros

Decent pay and flexible hours. Company partys.

    Cons

Old Equipment. Horrible training. Sets you up for disaster. Sink or Swim mentality. Several people have been fired due to lack of training. Management is overworked to assist with other employees questions.

    Advice to Management

Create appropriate training sessions setting people up for success and not failure.
