    ProsWorking loading is heavy. Can't maintain good work-life balance. Company is quite competitive in the industry. Top leader has a clear focus.

    ConsCompensation is not as good as before, but still competitive in the industry. Over-time is a usual phenomenon. No training here, one must learn himself.

    ProsIt is a high stress environment, sometimes stress can make you unleash your potential. Also there are some talent engineers in this company. It is a great experience to work with these guys.

    But the salary is very low compared to other country.
