    Pros

    Working loading is heavy. Can't maintain good work-life balance. Company is quite competitive in the industry. Top leader has a clear focus.

    Cons

    Compensation is not as good as before, but still competitive in the industry. Over-time is a usual phenomenon. No training here, one must learn himself.

    Not always over time working would improve the quality of working result

    Pros

    It is a high stress environment, sometimes stress can make you unleash your potential. Also there are some talent engineers in this company. It is a great experience to work with these guys.

    Cons

    Bad work/life balance. Your boss expects you to devote all your time to your job. For those just graduated employee, this might be not a bad thing. You can learn you professional skills in a very short time.

    Pros

    Competitive salary compared to Taiwanese companies, which were very low worldwide.
    But the salary is very low compared to other country.

    Cons

    Terrible attitude to treat employees.
    Terrible business decisions to cause more damages on profits or leisure time of employees.
    No overtime salary but you have to work overtime.
