I worked at MTBC full-time (more than an year)

    Pros

    1) Mostly Fresher get hired (as only they can start with16K frankly).
    2) They hire more people, that good so most people can learn and leave.
    3) Free break fast lunch dinner (Guantanamo bay prisoners get food better then that i swear)
    4) People are not expert in there fields so they don't expect experts , you can learn they are mostly friendly exceptions are every where.
    5)useless barber,cobbler(he is nice),a place called gym,and employee store

    Cons

    Here it goes
    1)High Salaries starting from 10K/month to 16K/month.

2)They are exploiting humans,as unemployment is high in Pakistan so they hire as mush low IT software engineer as 16K,may i ask u Haq can you b able to hire a software engineer with $160 in amreeca?

3)Haq can you be able to run your family in 25K or say 30K thats the pay of people with 4 years experience.(i meet a person with 7 years experience there in billing department earning 22K).sorrows

4)No public holidays you have to work during eid days you have to cut off your family life, all this is against basic human rights, working 6/7 days a week.
    5)Work in nights mostly

6)Not much good for learning as they have there in house products people get spoiled.

7)You cant even walk around for few minutes cameras are every where worst then prisons, koi daikhay na daikhy uncle Colonel is watching you.

8)Dont take medicine form inside medical room.long story.
