    Pros

Being trained how to teach individuals self-advocacy skills was a rewarding experience. It was enlightening as well as humbling to work with them.

    Cons

It was challenging not to step in and do something for them. Given time they can do so much more than the general population realizes.

    Advice to Management

More appreciation of the patience employees need to work with the population would be beneficial.

    Pros

The chance to work with missionaries and help develop their language, teaching, and study skills was a great blessing. It was fantastic working with the other teachers as well.

    Cons

The main con for me was that it was way to far of a drive to really be great. I was living in SLC at the time going to the University of Utah and 100 miles a day commute got to be too long and expensive.

    Advice to Management

My advice would be to keep up the good work! It was a pleasure working with the management. They were extremely helpful and were always there to help me get better.
