It had a small company atmosphere, and a management that generally cared about how the employees were treated and how their personal life was balanced with their work life.

Cons

To many cooks in the kitchen. The ownership was jointly handled and while a few of the owners were great to work for, a few were not.

Advice to Senior Management

The best advice that can be given is let the ones that are best at managing people manage the employees and let the others put their effort elsewhere.
