    Pros

    good working environment, good salaries, work professionality, follow standards.
    It is a big company and proved the power of sustaining during the crisis in Syria.
    I had to left it because of bad circumstances there, if i had an option I would not leave.

    Cons

    the management needs some enhancement.

    Pros

    friendly environment , place that you can learn a lot , enjoy with guys , set a good personal development plan and go through , excellent e-Learning program for MTN'ers

    Cons

    people are not promoted or evaluated depends on their skills and experience , a very big gap in compensations and benefits between levels , when you stand still you can’t move forward any more , fears towards upermanagment

    Not only a company but one of the first big privately owned companies to operate in the country, bringing corporate culture to an ever closed community where public sector controlled all life aspects.
