Pros
work life balance, good staff
Cons
Bureaucratic, reluctant to change a lot
Pros
good time with friends and family; stable and and with low competition; maybe a good place before you retire, but definite not a good place to start with
Cons
tedious training that makes no sense at all; bureaucratic to the limit you could ever imagine; extremely slow in making decisions; old and fake working culture
Pros
Good pay and work/life balance
Cons
A really boring industry, very traditional, not sexy.
