    Pros

    I love the actual job.

    Cons

pay, favoritism, no raises, not enough equipment, can't keep drivers because they are treated terrible, and no work/life balance (unless you're one of the favorites...mind you, most of the favorites can't even show up for their regular work schedul)

    Advice to Management

Pay your people, treat them right, be fair, and start giving raises. Cost of living goes up. You will lose the good ones if something doesn't change. I have 15 years experience and do a fantastic job and there are people who work less, don't care about their job, and make more. This makes employees start looking elsewhere. I know I am. You have to care about and take care of your employees.
