    Pros

    Young, friendly, bubbly employees
People are always willing to help and share their insight
    Cool offices
    Great building and views
    Fun environment

    Cons

I was only an intern so I didn't see too many downsides. Did hear stories though about difficulty moving up the ladder and understaffed departments like in programming.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Pay interns! Or at least give up a travel stipend. For such a huge corporation, a stipend to interns can definitely be afforded!

    Pros

Young popular company, impressive on resume, fun culture, good experience. You can meet some really awesome people here. And the view from your desk is spectacular.

    Cons

Low pay, poor management, no advancement. It takes forever to reach management. There is no advancement plan so it's basically about who you know and kissing ass to get promoted.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Manager workshops and learn to treat analysts as adults.
