I have been working at MV Transportation full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Fast hiring process, "free" paid training.

    Cons

Very low pay for huge responsibility. After 6 months the hourly wage goes to $11.30. After one year you get $13.65. With all of the responsibility, the starting pay should be no less than $15, and then this company would be able to get and retain good drivers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Make starting pay $15/hour, at least after training. Show employees they are valued!
