Pros – Great products, excellent reputation, can-do attitude from employees, excellent staff.

Cons – New management arrived recently. Hiring all their old buddies, none of which have any experience of this type of company. Massive salaries for new managers. Senior positions only advertised externally. Bonus system has not been paid for 6 months. Massive staff churn.

Advice to Senior Management – Instead of bringing in new people on huge salaries, why not look internally, or at least advertise senior jobs within the company. We're not all as stupid as you think.

Pros – Great benefits, and they're not overly critical of someone with a possibly questionable background when they're looking to hire someone.

Cons – They need to value their "little guys" a little bit more than they do. And pay them as such. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians.

Advice to Senior Management – Pay your employees their worth, and let us know when we do something good. Not just when we mess up.
