I have been working at Macdonald & Company

    Pros

'percieved' as one of the best companies in the market for property recruitment
originally small privately owned convivial and personable organisation

    Cons

vanity of the executive board and ineptitude at a senior level
archaeic way of thinking and aversion to change in an industry which needs to adapt quickly
    huge turnover of staff
small company to big company syndrome was badly managed by poorl inexperienced management

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

think about the little people who make the money and adapt to your environment when needed. sitting on your laurels will not create a strong ocmpany in the long term
