    I have been working at Mace Security full-time (Less than a year)


    Management seems to want to do the right thing by its employees, and has occasional morale building treats.


    The actual culture at mace is one of micro managing and nitpicking on issues that seem more trivial to staff, but when staff brings issues to management, issues are rarely entirely addressed. Major issues with HR, both in enforcing policies with very little empathy or flexibility, and also with disclosing confidential information about employees to other employees they are in direct conflict with. Morale building treats are given out with no actual time to enjoy them or opportunities for socializing with coworkers. Treats are stressful more than they are helpful.
