ProsNice offices, most of the people are good to work with.

ConsPoor management, blinded by emotional attachments to "the company". Long history of loosing money, but they keep the most unproductive people. The company is VERY top heavy and there are not enough "workers" to get the job done.

Advice to Senior ManagementInstitute a better quality program. Improve the process for estimating custom applications including better scope of work definition and time estimates. Even though ReFormXT is patented, it needs a lot of work to be a realistic player in the industry. You've relied on friends investing money in this company for too long, it's time to take the training wheels off and stand or fall on your own ability to generate revenue and profits.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
