    Pros

easy access to management. And you can argue the salary with boss if you are doing something good.

    Cons

not good at career growth. company is small, and you work with government, sometimes it is hard to build your programming experience with government.

    Pros

Management is okay. Enjoyed a friendly company atmosphere. Benefit is better than average. Have a holiday gift for Thanksgiving.

    Cons

Onsite work. Not much chance to get touch with senior management unless in a summer barbecue or a winter year-end banquet. No company value or culture.

    Advice to Management

Set up a culture or core value system for the company to distinguish it from others.

    Pros

Great Opportunity for recent college graduates. Great starting pay and you are given a change to network with a number of people in industry and full time federal employees. Great benefits, will even pay a portion of tuition for pursuing advanced degrees or annual dues for professional association.

    Cons

Progress reports are only done once a year, and they are mostly a self evaluation which you discuss with your manager. It does not even feel important unless there is something wrong, whether that be a complaint from the federal staff or someone else about your work. I also am not really sure if there are too many midlevel opportunities unless you obtain an advanced degree.

    Advice to Management

Connect more with employees, it feels like there are a number of employees who sort of get lost because they work primarily offsite.
