ProsManagement is okay. Enjoyed a friendly company atmosphere. Benefit is better than average. Have a holiday gift for Thanksgiving.

ConsOnsite work. Not much chance to get touch with senior management unless in a summer barbecue or a winter year-end banquet. No company value or culture.

Advice to Senior ManagementSet up a culture or core value system for the company to distinguish it from others.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend

Great Opportunity for recent college graduates and those with advanced degrees.

ProsGreat Opportunity for recent college graduates. Great starting pay and you are given a change to network with a number of people in industry and full time federal employees. Great benefits, will even pay a portion of tuition for pursuing advanced degrees or annual dues for professional association.

ConsProgress reports are only done once a year, and they are mostly a self evaluation which you discuss with your manager. It does not even feel important unless there is something wrong, whether that be a complaint from the federal staff or someone else about your work. I also am not really sure if there are too many midlevel opportunities unless you obtain an advanced degree.

Advice to Senior ManagementConnect more with employees, it feels like there are a number of employees who sort of get lost because they work primarily offsite.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
